Basic Awareness on Ayurveda & Panchakarma

Code: BAP | Duration: 1 Week

Course Highlights:
  • Origin and development of Ayurveda

  • Overview of Indian knowledge systems and their link with Ayurveda

  • Fundamental theories: Pañcabhūta theory, Tridoṣa theory (Vāta, Pitta, Kapha)

  • Concept of Śad-dhātu Puruṣa

  • Concept of Agni (digestive and metabolic fire)

  • Basic introduction to Panchakarma: indications, contraindications, and role in preventive & curative care

Marma (Vital Points) Therapy

Code: MT | Duration: 5 Days

Course Highlights:
  • Definition and classification of the 107 marma points

  • Precise location of important marmas on the human body

  • Physiological and therapeutic importance of marmas

  • Treatment-oriented concepts: How to protect and activate marmas

  • Principles of marma therapy in pain, stiffness and functional disorders

  • Basic modern correlation of marma points with nerves, joints, muscles and vascular structures

Basic Pharmacology & Plants in Ayurveda

Code: PP | Duration: 5 Days

Course Highlights:
  • Classification of Ayurvedic drugs according to rasa, guṇa, vīrya, vipāka, prabhāva

  • Basic concepts of Ayurvedic formulations: Kaṣāya (decoctions), cūrṇa (powders), taila (medicated oils), ghṛta (medicated ghee), lehyam (avaleha) etc.

  • Introduction to 25 important medicinal plants and their identification

  • Basic properties and uses of key herbs

  • Simple home-level applications where appropriate

Ayurvedic Beauty Therapy & Nutrition

Code: ABT & ADN | Duration: 5 Days

Ayurvedic Beauty Therapy:
  • Basics of Ayurvedic cosmetology and skin types according to doṣa

  • Simple external therapies for skin care, hair care, scalp care

  • Use of herbal pastes, oils and powders for beauty & wellness

Ayurvedic Nutrition & Diet (ADN):
  • Concept of ahara as medicine

  • Diet planning according to: Constitution (prakṛti), Season (ṛtu), Age and activity

  • Common diseases / imbalances

  • Daily routine (dinacaryā) and seasonal routine (ṛtucaryā) through food

Advanced Course on Ayurveda & Panchakarma

Code: AAP | Duration: 4 Weeks

Course Highlights:
  • Includes and expands upon BAP, MT, and PP content

  • Detailed understanding of Doṣa–dhātu–mala concepts

  • Agni and Āma in clinical practice

  • Practical orientation to Panchakarma: Poorvakarma (preparatory procedures)

  • Main Panchakarma procedures (overview, indications, basic protocols)

  • Case-based discussions and clinical observation (as feasible)

Ayurvedic Therapeutic Massage

Code: ATM | Duration: 5 Days

Ayurvedic Pregnancy Care

Code: APC | Duration: 5 Days

  • Garbhini paricharya – Ayurvedic guidelines for each trimester

  • Role of diet, lifestyle, oiling and mild therapies during pregnancy

  • Mental, emotional and spiritual care of the mother

  • Basics of sūtikā paricharya – postnatal care: Mother's recovery, lactation support

  • Strengthening of back and abdomen

  • Gentle Ayurvedic baby care concepts (overview)

General Wellbeing with Ayurveda, Yoga & Prāṇāyāma

Code: GWY | Duration: 2 Days (6 hours total)
